IR Modell funktioniert nicht

Hast Du schon den "Alternate Solver" mal ausprobiert?
Control Panel -> Spice -> Engine -> Solver

Wenn diese Fehlermeldung kommt, dann hat LTspice schon mit dem Modell 
gearbeitet. Neben dem Solver kann man auch .options versuchen zu ändern.

Bei mir half:

.options gmin=1e-12 abstol=1e-10 reltol=0.003


Ebenso nützlich kann das Setzen von Anfangswerten sein. Beispiel:

.ic V(+50V)=49.7  V(+50VU)=49.7


Das neue LTspice XVII könnte ebenfalls hier sich besser verhalten.

Bei mir lag es eigentlich immer an der Beschaltung, nicht am Modell 
selber. Stell doch Deine Simu komplett zur Verfügung, dann kann man 
besser vergleichen.

Diese Parameter sind mir nicht geläufig. Aber ich sehe, Du nutzt das 
neue LTspice. ptrantau gibt es unter IV nicht.

Also interesting is which solver is used. LTspice contains two complete 
implementations of SPICE. One is called the Normal Solver and the other 
is called the Alternate Solver. The Alternate Solver uses a different 
sparse matrix package with reduced roundoff error. Typically the 
Alternate Solver will simulate at half the speed of the Normal Solver 
but with one thousand times more internal accuracy. This can be a useful 
diagnostic to have available. There is no .option to specify which 
solver is used, the choice must be made before the netlist is parsed 
because the two solvers use different parsers.

Da es auch von IR ist könnte es das gleiche Modell sein.
