Das passiert, wenn man PDFs mit dem PDF-Reader im Browser (PDF.js) liest und daraus kopiert. Öffnet man das PDF in einem externen Reader (z.B. evince), dann kann man daraus auch normal kopieren & pasten.

Ich finde, man muss nicht in jedes Detail seine Zeit und Mühe investieren, der letzlich von mir präsentierte Link mit dem HBT Modell war der eigentliche Fokus.
OK. Das geht um einen Widerstand, der mit HBT Technologie implementiert ist. Ist es korrekt? Ist es üblich, Widerstände im IC mit Bipolar-Transistoren zu schaffen?
