ULINK and OpenOCD

Hello dear technicians,

I like to know if it's possible to use OpenOCD with ULINK JTag of 
philips.
Because I once bougth MBC2100 developement kit with Keil IDE, but this 
IDE has a limitation in license.

Now I want to use gcc for the lpc2129 and want to flash and debug with 
the ULINK I have. So I'm curious if I can use ULINK with OpenOCD. I saw 
OpenOCD mostly used with JTAG from Olimex and couldn't find anything 
about ULINK.
