eclipse gcc - is there a way to build only the changed files ?

hello dear forum,

I am developing stm32 project with eclipse + gcc

but eclipse builds the whole project ,

even I change only 1 or 2 file

is there a way to build the project with only the changed files ?

Disable parallel build (Project->Properties->C/C++ Build, Behaviour 
tab), when using internal builder.
