New Mfile release

I've updated the Mfile files at

Mfile is a simple interactive graphical Makefile generator intented
for AVR-GCC environments.  It's goal is to get developers quickly up
&
running with setting up their Makefiles, without the need to learn
everything about Makefiles right at the beginning.  It might also be
useful for experienced users to be able to quickly template a new
job's Makefile, that then can be manually edited further.

This is a minor update only.  Sorry, I didn't find any time to add
more improvements, in particular it's still not C++ safe.  The main
changes are:

. new Makefile template in the ZIP (aka. Windows) version from
  Eric Weddington, which he improved quite a bit over time

. update the list of supported MCU types to everything that's
  currently supported by avr-libc

. update the list of AVRDUDE programmer types to current AVRDUDE

. work around the -Tdata bug in binutils 2.16
