USB Koppelfeld für Festplatten
ja auf 500mA begrenzt (für USB 3 weiß ich es nicht). Da nicht geschalten wird fallen auch nur I*I*R_ds_on W an Verlusten an. Für die High-Side braucht man halt P-MOS (oder eine Chargepump). Aber selbst für P-MOS finden sich Transistoren im SOT-23 Package, die angeblich 4A weg können - für 12ct (TSM2311CX
Port-Expander_PCF8574]] und mehrere 74HC595. Auf den "Relaisplatinen" sehe ich noch den Anschluss für zwei DS18B20 vor, falls man nicht über S.M.A.R.T. und SW auf dem Host-PC regeln möchte. Damit wäre man unabhängig vom Betriebssystem.
