LM335 dienen kann wenn man das nicht in Software machen will. Natürlich steht es dir frei, bessere OpAmps zu kaufen, ein LM358 könnte tiefere Temperaturen umwandeln die nur ein LM135 messen kann, ein OP07 wäre genauer als der LM335 und braucht kein Offsettrimmpoti wenn nicht sowieso Softwareabgleich erfolgt. Auch ein OPA177F/OPA188 hält die 24V aus, ist halt unnötig teuer. Schaltung ist der einfache nichtinvertierende Verstärker.
NE5534 ist ein Audioverstärker, d.h. hat einen hohen Offset. Für DC gibt es deutlich besseres, z.B. OPA177.
